Booking and Cancelation Policy

Booking Requirements

If you are new client or have had your eyebrows previously microbladed or tattooed by another artist, a consultation is required. We must ensure we have a workable canvas. At the consultation we will explain the treatment in detail, before and after care, we will discuss your desirable results and perform a patch test.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your treatment. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hour in advance. However, if you fail to adhere to the cancelation policy as stated under terms and conditions the business has the right to charge you the balance of your booking amount left to pay in the salon by way of your online method payment.

Prices are guideline only and can vary depending on the service performed in the salon.

Late to your appointment

Appointments which are more than 15 minutes late will automatically be cancelled and considered as cancellation. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well.

Terms and Conditions

All clients must be in good health condition. Please ensure you do not have any of the following conditions as deposits will not be refunded for contraindicated medical conditions.

Clients who may NOT be able to have microblading treatment:

  • Under 18 years of age

  • Have extremely oily skin, as the pigment does not retain well

  • Have previous eyebrow tattooing / microblading done

  • Darker skin tones, as the pigment does not retain well

  • Keloid Scarring

  • HIV

  • Diabetic

  • Pregnant women or breastfeeding

  • People who are taking blood thinners

  • Skin diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and undiagnosed rashes or blisters on the site that is to be treated

  • Active skin cancer in the area to be tattooed

  • Hemophilia

  • Healing disorders, uncontrolled high blood pressure or mitral valve disorder

  • On any skin medication such as ro-accutaine, antasure, steroids which thin and oversensitive the skin

  • Undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy treatment at present (or due to undergo such treatment) and any radiotherapy or chemotherapy came to an end not less than 42 days ago from the date of the treatment

  • Epileptic and experienced a seizure within the last two years

Patch test

Please note allergies to alcohol / metals / dyes / pigments / local numbing require a minimum 48 hour patch test. If you have ever had a reaction to the above mentioned products you must contact us prior to your appointment.

If you have any medical conditions which may impact your healing you must disclose it in the booking questionnaire which will be provided at the consultation.

Touch up policy

Eyebrow, lash line and lip enhancement treatments has two sessions, one being the initial procedure and the second session is the touch-up due to evaluate ink retention and ensuring the treated area is full.

On the rare occasion a client may need an additional touch-up, due to the skin rejecting the pigment or improper aftercare and will be charged accordingly. We cannot guarantee successful result on 100% of our clients as those with problem skin and we do not offer refunds as we have carried out the treatment at a cost to us.

Touch-up rates are for existing clients only.Touch up appointments can not be rescheduled sooner than 6 weeks. You must allow your skin to heal before any additional work can be done. We withhold the right to not work on clients who have yet to properly heal.
